I began writing down lyrics to this song as a testimony. Realizing that God loves me even though I presumptuously sin is overwhelming. The world needs to know that if they accept His amazing grace, without consistently abusing it as a license for immorality, then they can find hope of eternal life starting now. This song was intended for the unsaved, but I have come to find out that Christians, also, relate to these lyrics. Romans 5:8 says, "But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
